Once you have decided to have Timeless Heroes provide your department's photography, we will to coordinate the best dates and times for your members and staff. We will also discuss background option, which uniform and poses you would like for the official portraits, where we will be setting up to shoot and more. Lastly, we will answer any questions and ensure all administration involved are comfortable and happy with the your department's photography plan.

Before Photo Day

To ensure we are ready, we will verify that we have all the required documents from your administration to process all member's photos. This includes a full roster of your staff. All members need to make sure their uniforms are ready. We often find missing buttons, wrong badges, missing name tags and collar brass in the wrong position while shooting. You can expect a personal phone call the week before photo day, to answer any last minute questions, and to review the schedule and location of photos.

Photo Day is Here

We will arrive about 45 minutes prior to shoot time to set-up and get ready. There will be samples of prints, products and poses for everyone to see and we will gladly answer any questions your members might have. We will also have lint rollers, a mirror, combs and more to make sure everyone is ready. To help with the flow of thephoto day, we have a simple process.

Step 1: Uniform check.
Step 2: Employee is photographed.
Step 3: Preview images on the iPad and check out products available.
Step 4: Place their order and pay.
Step 5: Online gallery is live for additional orders.
Step 6: Delivery! We will ship the orders to you and deliver digitals to designated person for PR.

We photograph on green screen to allow the personalization and customization of backgrounds. This also allows for your members to choose from lots of great products beyond prints.

Proofing and Ordering

We offer same day, on site viewing for the members so their favorite poses can be ordered right there. Payment is taken when the order is placed and we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, CashApp, cash and check. We also provide an online proofing gallery for sales after the session dates.

Delivery of Photos

We will begin processing the orders as soon as we are back in the studio after your department's photo dates. All photos and products are printed and produced at a national lab. This process takes approximately 6 weeks. Each order will be individually packaged. We will deliver or ship final orders to the department office. We pride ourselves with 100% customer satisfaction. If there are any issues or concerns, we encourage members to contact us directly so that we may immediately address those.
