Easy Scheduling
We schedule 1-3 days (more for departments of 300+) to make sure we cover all shifts and have makeup days as needed. Dates are booked 8-26 weeks out.

Know exactly what to expect from the start. We do offer packages to all members for purchase but there is no obligation to do so. Same day viewing and ordering! Delivery in about 6 weeks.

How to book Your Department’s Photo Day
Let’s Get Started
Before your session, we’ll determine the best dates and times for your department, talk backgrounds and your overall vision for your final portraits.
Photo Day
All your personnel have to do is show up in their uniform, smile for the camera, review their images, pick their favorite, and order their favorites. It really is just that simple.
After The Session
Once we’re back in the studio, the magic happens. We’ll create your background, finalize all images, order any prints then be ready to deliver in 4-6 weeks.
If a department member dies in the line of duty within 2 years of their photo day, we provide one framed 20x24 memorial portrait for the service, at no cost, and it goes home with the family afterwards.
